Discover the healing magic of painting animal spirits or totems. Saskia has taught many happy students no matter what their level of experience. Making art in this intuitive and embodying way allows us to easily tap into flow states of our brain to reduce stress and anxiety and create the beauty we desire.

Paint to Access Inner Knowing
Here at empowered-art, we paint for access to our inner world with the canvas as our portal. Often, we need a pause from the outer world to tune into our inner self, which we like to call the Muse (inner voice)!
These past years have left many of us wondering where we fit in with a world that has drastically changed. With all we see on social media and the news, fear can be louder than our own intuition.

This journey takes you into your heart and reveals the home that you always carry with you, no matter where you are.
What does it look like? Are you ready?

You will have a piece of art of your own creation, your own unique artwork.
We will be painting with acrylic paints on mixed media paper in 50 x 70 cm
